5月18日，由河南省中成锅炉有限公司、河南省锅炉压力容器检验技术科学研究院共同牵头，邀请工业和信息化主管部门、财政主管部门有关领导及锅炉行业相关专家在太康县万城*际大酒店召开了河南省智能锅炉产业研究院专家论证会，该会议采用线上线下结合的方式，对产业研究院建设方案等进行论证。
会议邀请了中国电器工业协会工业锅炉分会秘书长王善武;河南省锅炉压力容器检验技术科学研究院副院长孙中仁;西安交通大学教授赵钦新;河南农业大学教授、博士生导师刘圣勇;西安交通大学教授、博士生导师王焕然;教授级**级工程师雷钦祥等担任论证会专家。周口市工信厅技术创*科科长霍杰、市财政局企业科副科长王冰心、太康县工信局局长姚跃等参加会议。
会议详细论证了河南省智能锅炉产业研究院建设背景和重要性、建设目标、主要任务和发展规划、关键共性技术及技术路线分析、组织机构、管理与运行机制等内容。与会专家结合自身多年的研究与实务经验，针对产业历史背景、重点研究方向、未来发展等提出了颇具可行性的建议。
经过专家充分讨论、研究、表决，河南省智能锅炉产业研究院建设方案顺利通过专家组论证，未来，在产业研究院建设期间将认真汲取各位专家的意见和建议，努力实现基础研究，技术攻关，技术应用，成果转化全过程衔接，紧跟技术前沿，发挥行业优势真正把产业研究院打造成产学研相结合的产业技术创*体系。
On May 18th, led by Henan Zhongcheng Boiler Co., Ltd. and Henan Boiler Pressure Vessel Inspection Technology Science Research Institute, relevant leaders from the industrial and information technology regulatory departments, financial regulatory departments, and boiler industry experts were invited to hold an expert demonstration meeting of Henan Intelligent Boiler Industry Research Institute at Wancheng International Hotel in Taikang County. The meeting adopted a combination of online and offline methods to demonstrate the construction plan of the industry research institute.
The meeting invited Wang Shanwu, Secretary General of the Industrial Boiler Branch of the China Electrical Equipment Industry Association; Sun Zhongren, Vice President of Henan Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspection Technology Research Institute; Professor Zhao Qinxin from Xi'an Jiaotong University; Professor and doctoral supervisor Liu Shengyong from Henan Agricultural University; Professor and doctoral supervisor Wang Huanran from Xi'an Jiaotong University; Professor level senior engineer Lei Qinxiang and others served as experts in the demonstration meeting. Huo Jie, Chief of the Technology Innovation Department of Zhoukou City's Department of Industry and Information Technology, Wang Bingxin, Deputy Chief of the Enterprise Department of the Municipal Finance Bureau, and Yao Yue, Director of Taikang County's Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, attended the meeting.
The meeting elaborated on the background and necessity of the construction of Henan Intelligent Boiler Industry Research Institute, its construction goals, main tasks and development plans, analysis of key common technologies and technical routes, organizational structure, management and operation mechanisms, and other related topics. The attending experts, based on their years of research and practical experience, put forward feasible suggestions regarding the historical background, key research directions, and future development of the industry.
After thorough discussions, research, and voting by experts, the construction plan of Henan Intelligent Boiler Industry Research Institute has been successfully approved by the expert group. In the future, during the construction of the industrial research institute, we will carefully draw on the opinions and suggestions of all experts, strive to achieve the full process of basic research, technological breakthroughs, technological applications, and achievement transformation, keep up with the forefront of technology, and give full play to industry advantages to truly build the industrial research institute into an industrial technology innovation system that combines industry, academia, and research.
Vào ngày 18 tháng 5, do Công ty TNHH Nồi hơi Zhongcheng tỉnh Hà Nam và Viện Khoa học Kỹ thuật Kiểm tra Tàu áp lực Hà Nam cùng dẫn đầu, lãnh đạo liên quan của các cơ quan công nghiệp và thông tin hóa, các cơ quan tài chính và các chuyên gia liên quan của ngành nồi hơi đã tổ chức một cuộc tranh luận chuyên gia của Viện Nghiên cứu Công nghiệp Nồi hơi Thông minh Hà Nam tại Khách sạn Quốc tế Wancheng, Quận Taikang, sử dụng phương pháp kết hợp trực tuyến và ngoại tuyến để đưa ra lập luận về chương trình xây dựng Viện Nghiên cứu Công nghiệp, v.v.
Hội nghị đã mời Tổng Thư ký Phân hội Nồi hơi công nghiệp Hiệp hội Công nghiệp thiết bị điện Trung Quốc Vương Thiện Vũ; Tôn Trung Nhân, Phó Viện trưởng Viện Khoa học kỹ thuật kiểm tra bình áp suất nồi hơi tỉnh Hà Nam; Giáo sư Trường Đại học Giao thông Tây An Triệu Khâm Tân; Giáo sư Đại học Nông nghiệp Hà Nam, giáo sư tiến sĩ Lưu Thánh Dũng; Giáo sư Trường Đại học Giao thông Tây An, giáo sư tiến sĩ Vương Hoán Nhiên; Kỹ sư cao cấp Lôi Khâm Tường làm chuyên gia luận chứng. Trưởng ban sáng tạo kỹ thuật Sở Công Thương thành phố Chu Khẩu Hoắc Kiệt, Phó Trưởng ban doanh nghiệp Cục Tài chính thành phố Vương Băng Tâm, Cục trưởng Cục Công Thương huyện Thái Khang Diêu Dược đã tham dự hội nghị.
Hội nghị đã trình bày chi tiết bối cảnh và sự cần thiết của việc xây dựng Viện Nghiên cứu Công nghiệp Nồi hơi Thông minh tỉnh Hà Nam, mục tiêu xây dựng, nhiệm vụ chính và quy hoạch phát triển, phân tích công nghệ và tuyến đường kỹ thuật chung quan trọng, cơ cấu tổ chức, cơ chế quản lý và vận hành. Các chuyên gia tham dự hội nghị kết hợp kinh nghiệm nghiên cứu và thực vụ nhiều năm của mình, đề xuất kiến nghị rất khả thi về bối cảnh lịch sử ngành nghề, định hướng nghiên cứu trọng điểm, phát triển trong tương lai, v. v.
Sau khi thảo luận đầy đủ, nghiên cứu và biểu quyết bởi các chuyên gia, phương án xây dựng Viện nghiên cứu công nghiệp nồi hơi thông minh tỉnh Hà Nam đã được thông qua một cách thuận lợi bởi luận chứng của nhóm chuyên gia, trong tương lai, trong quá trình xây dựng Viện nghiên cứu công nghiệp sẽ nghiêm túc tiếp thu ý kiến và kiến nghị của các chuyên gia, nỗ lực thực hiện nghiên cứu cơ bản, khắc phục khó khăn kỹ thuật, ứng dụng công nghệ, kết nối toàn bộ quá trình chuyển đổi thành quả, theo sát biên giới công nghệ và phát huy lợi thế của ngành để thực sự xây dựng Viện nghiên cứu công nghiệp thành một hệ thống đổi mới công nghệ công nghiệp kết hợp giữa nghiên cứu và nghiên cứu sản xuất.
