The core component of the commercial low nitrogen hot water boiler, the main heat exchanger, is made of silicon aluminum and integrates the combustion chamber, flue, and waterway. The cast aluminum heat exchanger has good corrosion resistance, and within a limited volume, the column shaped heat absorbing column has a large heat transfer area. The combustion chamber and outlet are located above the main heat exchanger, and the inlet is located at the bottom. The temperature of the water flow gradually increases from bottom to top, while the temperature of the flue gas gradually decreases from top to bottom. The reverse flow ensures that every point in the heat exchanger can perform sufficient heat exchange, absorb sensible heat and most of the latent heat of water vapor in the flue gas, and reduce the exhaust temperature to a limited extent, so that the water vapor in the flue gas saturates and precipitates, achieving the goal of true efficiency, energy saving, and environmental protection.
