为加强基干民兵队伍建设，强化民兵应急能力。5月19日，太康县2020年度基干民兵集中点验大会隆重举行。县委常委、常务副县长耿党恩，县人武部政委郭立君，县人武部副部长张大钊以及有编建任务的应急管理局、水利局等相关领导出席此次活动。
大会在嘹亮的《中国人民解放军进行曲》歌声中拉开帷幕，基干民兵军容严整，集结迅速，精神抖擞，英姿飒爽。接着，来自中成锅炉及各单位的基干民兵分别进行应急指挥所开设、队列表演、警棍盾牌操汇报、快速控火救人、战场急救等科目表演，*得现场阵阵掌声。
县委常委、常务副县长耿党恩代表县委、县政府对大家的刻苦训练和辛勤努力表示衷心感谢。耿党恩指出，今年是*面落实后备力量建设“十三五”规划任务的决胜之年，是民兵调整改革的“收官之年”，民兵整组工作任务较往年更重，标准较往年更高。太康县人武部坚持*准务实，认真筹划组织，积极靠前指挥，做了大量的工作，付出了许多艰辛的努力。刚才的课目演示汇报，大家士气高昂，精神振奋，军容严整，动作规范，体现了扎实过硬的战斗作风，展示了太康民兵的良好风貌。
